once the free trial period is over I will not be renewing. i can not justify the $10 per month cost, i just dont listen to that much music.

This came with Apple Watch, I was to get a Email, but I never got it, but that’s OK now I don’t have remember to cancel it in 3 months.

I am having a very hard time trying to get music to play on my iPad. I have called customer service to no avail. Very hard to access.

purchased beats headphone and tried to use 3 month free trial and the promo does not exist. I wasn't able to try apple music. If you go to apple they allow you to have one month free but anyone does not have apple music can sign up for it, you don't need to purchase $100 headphones to do so. Best Buy needs to do better job next time.

I am not eligible for this offer since I was once an Apple Music subscriber. Nothing against Apple Music, it's a great service. The only reason I stopped it was I went with Tidal Lossless to get CD quality. What I am not happy with is the fact that Apple and Best Buy keep bugging me with this offer that I am not even eligible for.

I’m not a big fan of these promotions because you can’t take advantage of them without submitting a credit card. Very frustrating

I found apple music not to be very user friendly. I decided to get Spotify premium instead and feel delighted with my purchase!

This is only good if you keep your subscription and download the apple software, there is no way to listen from a web browser.

Having 3 free months does no good if you already subscribe. It would be nice if they had a code to pay for 3 months of it.

It’s unfortunate you have to put in a credit card for your free purchase without a credit card you are unable to use your free music which I gifted it to a teen without credit cards so the 3 month trial goes to waste unless someone of the family is willing to provide it but if you do not cancel on time you will be charged

Needs to find a way to give existing users months free. I must be an iTunes user if I am purchasing earphones to listen!

This shouldn't be included as a free item at all. You don't get a free 3 months if you are already a subscriber and apple gives all new users a free 3 months regardless of if you buy a homepod or not. I called to ask about this and they just told me to call apple. Apple concurred, no free 3 months.

Doesn’t work for my cause I used it when I got my iPhone just the regular deal from apples free 3 months

Adding it to a purchase for free don’t really make a lot of sense but it’s still a good offer I guess

you can get the same trial from apple music directly. I do not see the point of sending this as a gift.

This is the 4th Platinum Case (Best Buy brand) I've bought for a phone. The others have worked great with other models. This case will not stay locked as the 2pcs meet. My 1st Note 8 phone fell & broke glass when the case separated and the phone fell to the ground. Even w/glass protector. Enjoyed (sarcasm) paying Best Buy deductible 1 month after buying phone.
