Can’t download! Guess that’s what you get for free!

Anytime I have to pay for an app. I get concerned.

Apple Music is a great product; however, the the 3 month trial is absolutely worthless if you already have Apple Music. Unlike the 3 month trial of SiriusXM when you buy a car, Apple doesn't give you a free 3 month extension if you already have the product.

You can't get it to work for the 3 months free that Best Buy advertises and their customer support is worthless when it comes to this. Sad because normally BB is wonderful....thy dropped the ball on this not communicating with Apple to make this right....

We used Apple Music for a long time, but when we switched to Amazon Prime, it was just easier to change over and not pay for two services and find the Amazon Music to be just as good if not better than Apple Music once you get use to the different GUI.

I’m rating this as a one star only because the promotion is for new users only. I brought the latest Apple Watch, and was not eligible for the promotion because I received a free trial with my iphone that I purchased in the past (almost two years ago).

I bought a USB-C to iPhone cable solely for the reason that I am Apple Music user, and I was under the impression that I would get 3 months free, only to find out that it is only applicable to new users... felt RIPPED OFF! Not happy at all with this.

I thought this offer was confusing and maybe even misleading. It could be user error, but to me FREE doesn't seem to be free. Granted I did not purchase the product to get this offer so it would have just been a bonus, but still slightly disappointing.

3 months of apple music given free with purchase of iphone X. i don't normally use music streaming services so i am a bit confused by this. after this 3 month trial i will try spotify because it has better reviews. i would not pay to use apple music.

I have both Android, iPhone, Ipad, and Android Smart TVs in my ecosystem. There is nothing in Apple Music that I can't get in Google Music, Youtube music or Spotify all for free. And I get to take these apps anywhere across my devices seamlessly.

I purchased the apple watch 4 series and got this as a trial. The link best buy sent never worked. Hence I wasn't able to access it. Plus since my apple account is from another country, I can't even enjoy this promo. But I do love the watch!

I followed the instructions that came with my new Beats3 ear buds but wound up in the pay-to-play section and was not able to get out of it. Finally gave up and figured my Prime music was probably better anway. Thanks for nothing APPLE!

I'm not a big fan of monthly subscription models for services. I'm old, prefer just to buy the music I want (still buy CDs). Honestly I don't really trust these companies to still give me access to the music I've purchased in like 3 years.

This was listed as a bonus item with purchase of a specific apple product -- super excited to get something extra! However, discovered it only worked if you never had apple music before, listed in description but misleading. Super bummed

Just a cheap add on to get you to sign up for Apple music. Required to cancel after the time limit or get charged a monthly fee automatically. If it's REALLY a freebie it should not require any identifying information other than a code.

They just send you a generic trial link. no code. So if you already had a trial with apple wont let you do another because they just give you a link to get apple’s trial. So you are at apple’s mercy EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT. Total scam

Thought I would be getting 3 months of free Apple Music after I bought the watch.... It's only ment for new subscriptions and not applicable for current members which I am. So it's not an extra that's free when you purchase the watch.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and it has not been given/opened yet but for some reason my opinion before it can be open is more important to the cyber networking so my rating reflects a review before product can be used/tested

Currently have an Apple Music subscription and thought I would get theee months worth value. But since I already had Apple Music I was unable to redeem this because as stated in the fine print this is only for first time users.

It was an open box Samsung 32 ' tv. I think I know why it was returned. There is a little hair behind the screen. You can't see it when a dark color is over it, but a light color or white does allow it to show through.
