Link for free 3 months that Best Buy sends doesn’t work. No one can figure out why. If you’re buying something because you want the free 3 months of Apple Music don’t bother. Better off just buying your subscription.

This was a "bonus" when getting itunes gift card from apple. Not really a bonus because it is the general free thing they are promoting for anyone who joins. Just a trial for a monthly paid service - not interested.

It would have been a nice perk. However the activation email address for 3 months of free Apple Music doesn’t work! So basically worthless. They should have checked there activation code before sending these out.

I am a student I tried to register for the 3 month but since I cannot get approved for the student discount it would not let me finish the registration. I emailed the company and still have not gotten any help.

I was really looking forward to trying it out for three months, but once I received my items and tried getting the trial started it wasn’t working. Contacted Apple as well and it still hasn’t been resolved.

Rec’d this as a “promo” for another Apple product purchase. Unfortunately, it is for new subscribers - which I am a subscriber currently. No other offer options to substitute (or thank) a loyal customer.

So I thought this was a special deal , but no it’s not. Apple Music’s trial period is this amount of time to try any time you agree to try it! Also you have to cancel by end of trial period or get billed.

Seems like a good service with lots of music to choose from, but it will not work on any of my android devices. Installed the app and went through the set up process, but will not start playing music.

there is not special code just a list of instructions. I followed the instructions as well as I could but they don't match what is on screen. Also it should be 3 months free but the link is only 1 month.

This has nothing to do with this purchase or bestbuy giving a unique offer for the purchasing something.. this is new subscribers getting 3 months free regardless of whether you purchase something or not

I already have an apple music subscription, so i really didn't get anything extra for my purchase. Its only for new subscribers. Maybe apple should consider a gift card instead of a trial i can't use.

when I tried to get my 3 months free apple music it would only allow me to do the standard free trial which I think was for 1 month but when I went back about a week later it was already completed

This was the dumbest thing ever. I was told I was going to get three free months of Apple Music. But because I already had it once I was not eligible to get it without setting up a new Apple account.

It’s not something special. Anyone can get the free 3mo trial even without purchasing AirPods. I think the company tired to make it seem like they were throwing in a free gift with AirPods. Wrong!

You have to pick what plan you want so its not free. Free means hey thanks for your $329 purchase here is 3 months free music & maybe if you like the 3 months free you will keep it and pay for it...

If Apple does not fix it’s links so we can start 3 month trial, that could only result in review of “Poor”. Message keeps popping up that it can’t verify I am a student. What student? No students!

The link sent to me does not work. I emailed Best Buy advising the link does not work and sends me an error message. No one has responded to assist. Cannot use Apple Music as the link is worthless.

After qualifying because of the purchase I made, Best Buy sent me the link for itunes 30 days free music. But, when I clicked on it, it said its invalid, so I was never able to get the free trial.

This would have been an amazing deal if you didn’t get this automaticity if you have an iPhone and go to Apple Music. There was no coupon code it was just a direct link to what was already there.

why are you promoting this and confusing people that you are getting 3 months of apple music when all it is are instruction on how to get the trial that if you already got you can't get anymore?
