I am not going to use this product since it appears to be mechanism by itunes hook you into a subscription service in which I am not interested.

I’ve been trying to down load this since I received the email and still am not able to use I have a new iPhone 10 XR don’t know what’s going on

I click on the signon link and link won't work. It's probably the email issue but I don't want to waste time calling Bestbuy for another link.

I was never able to actually utilize the free apple music because I never received any information on how to obtain and use the free product.

I tried to figure out how to do this (I'm an old guy) and none of my grandkids are here. Seems they needed a credit card for a FREE download.

If you already have Apple Music or already used the free trial, Best Buy is not offering you anything new. This is just a free advertisement.

I bought an ipad pro for daughter as xmas gift. This free product came to my account. I can't use it and neither can she. Totally worthless.

Best paid streming music service and getting 3 months free is great, but if your already a subscriber, its not valid for existing customers!

It's advertised as something Best Buy is giving you with the purchase, but it's actually something Apple is giving everyone as a promotion.

This was a free attachment to a product that I purchased, the only thing is that it only works if you never been an Apple Music customer.

I tried clicking on the link and it redirected me and then show a 404 error. i bought 2 different products and the same thing bothtimes.

I have Apple Music and enjoy it, so I can’t use this free 3 months. It’s only for new members and is the typical free trial Apple offers.

You do not actually get free Apple Music if you already have it. This is just a link to the free trial that everyone gets automatically.

This states that it's a 3 month trial and the link given goes to a generic place and is only 1 month, which is available to everyone.

This 3 month trial is worthless to me because it's for first time subscribers only. Everyone in my family already has an Apple account.

It sucks, you offer free things that people already have. It would be nice if you could use it if you are an exsisting apple customer.
