And due to some snafu’s that I didn’t want to bother working out, I didn’t get the full amount of time indicated with my purchase. Apple customer service is not very easy to get to online

Great music selection, but buggy

I have music I transferred to iTunes from CD’s that Apple Music will not let me play on my phone because it’s not a valid file they say?!?
