Tried the code after purchasing a MacBook Pro. I typed in the code in iPhone and only got a subscription up to August 2020 even though purchased it on July 2020. PS I only used Spotify for music so will continue with it.

I don't use this, so I figured I'd write a review that I didn't purchase it but it was free, so here it is. The issue I have with these free products is that they make you put in your credit card information; no thanks!

although Apple Music is great, doing the trial seems nice, but then canceling it and making sure it's off before you start getting charged for it is not always a one click thing. I seemed to get bumped in and out of the page I needed to be in to cancel it. They gotta make it easier to cancel or better yet, they should have the trial period automatically cancel after the 3 months. Don't put the hassle on the customer, but then that's what they count on right? The chance that you won't hassle with canceling right away if you don't want to continue with paying for the now automatic subscription.

I switched over from spotify to use the four months free. I have used spotify for many years now so it is definitely something I have to get used to. However, it does what I need it to do for the most part.

I think buying an iPad is a lot for most of us. So when the links don't work and the freebies are a hassle to collect on, well, it just makes things tense. That's the case with this "free with purchase" app.

Spotify is far better after using the two for a couple months. Pandora too if you like channels. Sound quality on Apple Music is odd to me too. It's almost muted a bit when playing side by side against others.

That's pretty awesome that it comes with free 4 months but too bad they only gave me 1 month. It should always give the full trial date regardless especially when customer buy more of the apple products.

I find the controls for picking out music from Apple hard to peruse. When I find music I am pleased with the quality. I have scheduled this to be dropped at the end time since I do not use as much as other media.

Used Apple Music for awhile but still couldn’t commit to transitioning from Spotify even after being an apple user for years. The curated playlists and algorithms still need some work

Works well within the apple ecosystem but I prefer Spotify. I just feel Spotify does a better job of finding new music for me. Pricing is slightly better on Spotify too.

From what I hear Apple Music doenst play well with other software and hardware that isn't Apple related. Personally I havent used the product because I dont need it. It simply came free with a different purchase.

good to have back I deleted my past apple music account as so much of my music downloads where compromised by apple for not downloading from their site for storage. I do not store my music here any longer -

This came with purchase of iPad , I think Apple always gives this opportunity so I’m not sure what the point is, hopefully it doesn’t start till after iPad is opened, because I’m still 2 months out on xmas

It's nice that items offer this; however, it is only for new users. As much as you spend on Apple products, it shouldn't matter if you have an account set up, you should be able to enjoy the 4 months subscription.

The promise was free Apple Music for 4 months. But they gave only one month. The choice of songs are not plenty. You have to manouvre to form a playlist of your choice. Doesn’t allow u to switch around

Spotify is FAR easier to use and more organized than Apple Music in my opinion. Subscription is great if you plan to KEEP it after the free trial, otherwise you lose all the music/playlists you've curated!

I’m currently in the process of trying the free trial of Apple Music. I like it’s integration with the iPhone and all things Apple but definitely does not have a full library like some other services.

I would love to is if I could actually use it. While I wasn’t a current Apple ITUNES cuss, I had been in the past about a year ago. Since I wasn’t a NEW customer, this was useless to me. Bummer..

Everytime I make a certain purchase I put the codes in my account but they won’t let use them all. Not because they are expired but I suppose because I already have a account.

Never used Apple, and never used this. When they stop with their proprietary equipment, I might start considering. Especially because Google has of recent been pushing me away.
