Having difficulty accessing the subscription

In both cases the e-mail information necessary to subscribe came promptly but it hasn't worked. Currently awaiting a call back from customer service to hopefully resolve the situation. Hopefully they will iron out this snag in the future.

One-Month Trial of Apple Music

That is not fair especially when you spend money to buy their products and they make it available for free along with that product. Whatever music you save to your gadget is deleted when the trial period expires.
