Not using this. If it is free? Why do they want my credit card information? I know why, but I am not giving out this information. If it is free? Let me use it and ask me if I want to join.

Not the greatest deal for current customers. I understand you want new customer to enjoy the subscription but the current customer spend more money so we should be able to enjoy this as well.

I was not able to use this free few months of iTines because I do not have a credit card and you need some type of payment method in order to use this. I was very disappointed when I found this out!

I like the idea of getting 4 free months with purchase of Apple products, however, i do not think it should be limited to new subscribers. Its an incentive to buy and should be given to all users.

I don’t like Apple Music as much as Spotify. Spotify has better bundles and just as good of a selection of music. If Apple Music wasn’t free I’d never use it.

Barely used, but I'm not part of Apple's extensive ecosystem. I have Apple devices and they're fine, but I prefer almost every other music service to Apple's

I had tried Apple Music when it first came out. Apparently Apple never forgets so I was not considered a potential new subscriber and only got 1 month of this offer. So won’t be signing up.

Used it for a couple of months, then switched to spotify, the only fact that I need to switch regions to listen to some music-already ruined this app for me

I really think it stinks that this item can’t be enjoyed when loyal users purchase new products. Paying premium prices for premium services and devices, but no reward for loyalty.

Redeeming this is a pain. I tried several times until by chance I finally enrolled for this particular promotion . Cant distinguish day to day music promotions to this product

I got this for buying Apple product (could not remember which product), but I could not utilize this subscription because I have already subscribed apple music.

You only get the free 3 month if your a new subscriber which is not right when your dropping a ton of money on apple products. One month free for old subscribers is not worth it

Although it says 4 months, I activated it in December and it only gave me one month. Not happy at all that Apple does that to customers. I know it's not Best Buy's fault.

I just got it a week or two a go ,use it once very easy to use.have to find time to get in to it .apple stuff is user-frendly.got to give a new reveiw late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the subscription with the purchase of a product and gave it a try and found it relatively easy to use. Would only use if it were free though, Spotify is much, much better.

I am disappointed that I will not be able to use this as I am already using Apple Music. It would have been nice if maybe they had given me a discount or something instead

For the price (Free) it was great! But what I don't need is another music streaming service. Plus, I feel like the selection and quality of Spotify is much better, so I'm keeping that.

This is only for those who haven’t had Apple Music before. My account was inactive, but since I was not considered a new customer, the promo code only gave me one month free.

last week i bought iPad so it came with 4 month of free apple music subscription when i tried to redeem that code it says i have only 1 month of free subscription .. i tried calling best buy lady was on the phone said it is for downloading department she transfer my call to downloading department another lady was on that phone was like hi how can i help you , i told her story and she hanged up on me even i tried calling me local best buy store they did not replied my from there Geek squad support thannks for the bad service ;/

I already have Apple Music, so I don’t qualify for the free trial. Would be better to give a month free for existing subscribers as Apple products are already expensive
