It says free 4 months Apple Music but when you tried to redeem it will said FREE 1 MONTH & after that you will automatically be charge. WHERE IS THE 4 MONTHS??? don’t advertise that you’re giving free item. This is usually given by Apple for new subscribers...SO WHERE IS YOUR FREE ITEM REALLY!!!

I never used this as I've had so much trouble with Apple security and syncing of music I purchased to my iphones and ipads. took me over a year to finally get my info changed to my old apple id that was assigned to my previous employer's phone and ipad that they kept trying to text security codes to. so I just don't use Apple for music unless it's stuff I've gotten elsewhere. tired of wasting my time with them.

It only accepts 1st time subscribers. If you’ve used Apple Music in the past this offer doesn’t work. So, to me it was unusable.

Not impressed. Glad I have my amazon music already and won’t be switching. Glad it was free to try wouldn’t have paid for it otherwise.

I prefer to use Spotify as opposed to Apple Music, so I didn't really give this program much of a chance.

Did not take advantage of this, typically too many steps to do to activate, and deactivate service

Everyone already has a Apple id and therefore not a new user. Wont do much for you unless youre also buying your first iphone

This was given to me because I bought an apple accessory, but couldn’t redeem it because I’d already had Apple Music service.

The code never worked on me at all. I’m already an Apple Music member and I know apparently it doesn’t work for already users it has to be new ones. So I gave the code to someone who hasn’t had Apple Music and it didn’t work with them. I even try calling customer care to figure this out they told me to wait another 2 days for it and try again instead of giving me another code. Really bad customer service to be honest. Dissatisfy

Not great. There are many other alternatives for no money and far superior apps if you pay. Be careful because it auto renews

Because i had free apple subscription for a few months in the past for another product, I was denied use of this one. For incentives, apple need to start offering other things for customers like myself or honor these agreements. They already make a ton of money from customers with overpriced restricted devices, so what’s 4 months especially if it was part of the purchase agreement?

Not very helpful, lost a lot of my previously purchased songs. There are better music services out there that are free

Always going to be a Spotify user, this helped me try Apple Music for free and thankfully I will still be sticking to Spotify

I prefer Spotify over Apple Music. This was added as a bonus to another purchase that I made. Would not have purchased on it's own.

ugh apple music aint that good after all . but also the music sccene around us sucks big time ... well trump traiiiiiiiin

I have not found Apple Music to be user friendly and pretty much gave up on using it even though I had a free trial.

When activated, the code did not allow for a 4 month subscription. It was only 3 months. Still dealing with Apple to get this right. This was a promo that prompted me to buy the Apple product. If I don’t get the 4 months free, i would have preferred to buy an Insignia brand cable.

This works ok, I prefer to use Spotify. If you really enjoy music that isn’t completely mainstream use Spotify instead.

I'm not interested in corporate monoliths trying to control my music. They gave me this for free but I didn't even use it.
