Don’t use Apple Music. It’s not good, not user friendly and they rope you in with this deal to hope you forget you signed up. Use another service. Everyone else does..

Only ended up being 1 month. Not a huge deal but I was let down when I found that out. Just a bonus add-on for a purchase, so I wasn’t depending on it or even wanting it.

Not very useful as it is only valid for new subscribers only. They started giving it out for every single purchase I made, so I got 4 of these in a month, but of no use.

Had trouble figuring it out. Could not log in on my phone. There was much support help. My husband loves the music but had to pay to figure that out.

If you already have apple music, you cannot use this offer. This totally sucks. They need to change the policy on the free offers that you can't use. I love the product tho.

Was excited to get this service with my recent purchase, but was never sent any instructions to download. And I searched all of my emails including spam. Quite a little letdown.

Make sure you never have used Apple Music before because this only is good for new subscribers only otherwise, it will not allow you to redeem the 4 month offer.

At this point, I have tried to get this free offer to work, but I now get an offer for 3 months free, and still do not have Apple Music. Not very pleased at this point.

I don't like when things automatically get added to my cart. Never asked for it and did not activate it. I am also not a fan of free trial periods that auto renew.

4 months free Apple Music was supposed to come with the Power Beats I purchased. Code didn’t work. Ended up enrolling in 3 month family promotion Apple had instead for a fee.

Getting free 4 months is useless for customers who already have the service. Hope one day Apple really starts appreciting its customers by giving something for free.

Unfortunately I am unable to use this because I already have and account. They should think about people who already have this service and maybe giving them a moth or two free.

It's nice to receive 4 months free to try it out, but I haven't gotten around to actually activating it yet.

I never like this free things because of APPL money making business. We need some better way gift where don't we need to worried about ending subscription.

Why does Best Buy continue with this add-on? It’s only available to new users - I’d rather best-buy kept prices lower than keep adding this as some sort of wonderful bonus.

I don't recall purchasing Apple Music. If I did, I had no idea I purchased it. I have never used Apple Music.

I didn’t know that the only way i could access this was through email. I clear my emails regularly and i must’ve deleted the email with the details for this subscription

who needs this when u already own it thanks for always giveing us things like this that does not matter. this is just like the warbot antivirus no one needs...

I wasn’t able to use my free Apple Music because I have had the Apple Music app for over 2 years. I wish there was away for me to use those 4 months with my current plan.
