Because I forgot my original passcode, I can't use this introductory offer. No one can give me my passcode or delete to factory so that I can start over, completely.

I tried accessing my my free apple music to try it out and couldn't get into it. The code was never to redeem my music was never e-mailed to me.

A total waste of time unless you have an Apple Product and then a "credit card" is required to register.

This shows up as a purchase when it is really included when other items are purchased - did not use since it is for new activations only

I keep getting these offers over and over again. Feels like I’m getting spammed with something I can’t even use. I’d rather get 1% extra in rewards points back

Apple Music is a great app and product Unfortunately could not get the four months free because Apple would not accept the code provided Thus the 1 star rating

It’s okay. Spotify is better, but you’re welcome to your own opinion. It’s Apple Music and the free trial is nice to test it out. It wasn’t for me in the end.

I told them I didn’t want this. I have no use for it. I am afraid now they will be charging me for something I didn’t want and don’t know how to cancel.

I love the Apple Watch but it was supposed to come with a 4 month free subscription to apple music. When I tried to sign up for Apple music it said the code was expired.

This was only for new subscribers so since I got a free trial from Apple years ago that I didn’t even remember, I was unable to use this free 4 month trial.

More and more I'm becoming disappointed with apple. The quality of their products has dropped but the prices remain very high. Apple Music is the same.

Not helpful. Want to charge monthly fee. Apple has no sd card so downloads are limited to device memory. Had to put in lots of effort(3 hrs.) To get the free code.

Can i still use it? I didnt get to use it when i bought tv. I can't rate it if i did not use it. I can't recommend either.

Not sure why this is being offered because of the limitation to brand new subscribers only. You can just cross this off of your list of useful promotions.

every time I tried to log on it advised I can get 3 months free. It didn't give me an option to check 4 months free. And I have no clue how to use it with iTunes.

This is worthless. I have had Apple Music and never use it. This can only be used for new subscribers, so can’t use it. Wish this add-ons made more sense.

Not really a bonus if you already have Apple Music wish there was something for already Apple subscribers like discounted for a few months or even free

Apple Music Not Recommended. $ month passes so quickly and they start Charging. Not Friendly way to listen music.

I did not activate this free offer. Why would I want to sign up for a monthly subscription fee for music I can get free from other sources?

This is a useless reward if you're already an Apple music subscriber. I wish they'd offer a better reward or allow current apple music subscribers to use.
