This use to come with every Apple Laptop computer I bought, but now they seem to feel like it is an added value piece of the equipment. The cord works fine and my only gripe is that I had to buy it. So, if you buy an Apple laptop computer then you must buy this cord.

I love buying apple products. Over and over again. The new MacBooks are really great because you get to buy everything separately. Charger, cord, usb cord to plug in the charger. Then it’s really fun when something breaks and you get to buy that piece again.

This extension cable does exactly what it needs to. I just wish Apple still included them with the computer the way they used to.

Identical to the one that originally came with my 15” MBP. Like all Apple products: works great, looks great, but overpriced.

Would be nice if apple included this in the box. Gotta keep the profit margin don’t wanna include this with your $1000-$5000 laptop. Buy it. It’s the same as your old one if you still have it. Work with the old MagSafe or new USB C brick

I travel quite a bit, and power outlets aren't necessarily close... and even when they are, aren't particularly easy to get to. Problem no more. This is a must-have for someone on the go, and it's my second MacBook with just such an accessory. Highly recommend.

Got this for our granddaughter. Worked well for her needs. Arrived quicker than expected.

Hey what can I say it's a cable that makes your cord longer! it works and feels good like it will last a long time.

The Best Buy in-house Apple Representative guided me to the best buy for an extension cord for our new IPad Pro. He saved us money by recommending the cord that actually preserves the charge "speed." It's better than the pricier 3' Apple standard cord!

Left this extension piece at home when I went on a vacation. Although my Apple MacBook Air was able to last several days without a charge it was great to be able to find this part without buying the entire brick which would have cost 4X the price.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. Works great for my Macbook Pro 2016. Thanks Apple for not including it to begin with.

Hard to find but Best Buy had this cable . I went to four other stores I’m so glad to have find it

Apple used to include this, but for new MacBook Pros they decided to cut it. It is pricy, but it makes is so much easier to plug it into a wall and takes up less space, making it less annoying for congested outlets.

Being that the new MacBook Pro does not come with the extension cord, I had to go out and purchase one. I am now able to be further away from the wall outlet when using my laptop and charging it at the same time.

The cable worked as designed. I mated well to my exsting cord and gave me extra lenth for plugging into oultes.

Needed this for my 2015 MacBook Pro. It works perfectly and gives me plenty of space to use my laptop. Battery charges quickly.

This extension is necessary because the charging cable is too short without it. Remember the days when this came in the box with a new computer? Not any more now you buy it separately.

It's great but difficult to wrap up to carry with you. Bulky. Still it works well and is long enough

When it comes to these cables I always regret it when I go to save a few bucks and buy an aftermarket cable. I always end up buying an Apple cable in the end. They’re just that much better
