A reconditioned phone was missing the sim card holder! It was inoperable until the part was purchased.

The cell phone has switched off and not restarting at all

please do something i didnt have a phone for 32 days and then i got this and phone came the backlight was gone and the battery heats up and drains really fast dont buy this

Returned phone and got stuck with a $35 restocking fee that I didn't know existed. None of my paperwork said anything about a restocking fee. I will not shop at Bestbuy anymore!

Used and more expensive than a brand new one. Took it back and order a new one.

Got this as a replacement, great value. Certified used seems to be the way to go. I've had this phone a few months, and the apps and wifi work great. I'm even able to use it as a hot spot with Metro PCS. Most "Fully functional" or "refurbished" phones you buy on other auction sites, aren't. And they don't let you download music to the phone without that error message. Wish I would have bought from here first. Just a note: It seems like the phone runs hot more than my last phone did. I don't feel like I use it a lot, and i charge it like every day and a half.

I was concerned about being able to use this phone with my carrier. The description and technical information was very helpful. The phone arrived exactly when it was supposed to in excellent condition. I had it up and running right away!

I had the iPhone 5s for 5 years. It sure was a work horse! I used it everyday for web surfing, photography, social media, emails, and business tasks. It would have lasted me longer had I replaced the case. I especially enjoyed the camera.

The phone is in great condition, unlocked as specified, and works well. Very happy with this purchase.

Better than expected looked brand new no problem came with charger & everything

Phone came in great condition. It looked like new. However I could not activate because it was block. Reported missing or stolen. Very disappointed.

I can't get the phone to turn on or charge or anything. I've tried a few different charges. I tried holding the buttons. nothing. What sucks even more is I bought it for a worker in Africa. so now I'm in Africa with a broken phone that he doesn't want to pay me for. After my two month hitch, it'll probably be too late to return it.

I'm trying to buy this product but its solid out!!
