    The phone I ordered was not as described. The phone was advertised as being in "excellent condition" and was supposed to have been "rigorously tested" and "certified to the highest standards"; however, the battery life has been disgraceful. A single battery charge lasts no longer than 8 hours of regular use, even despite my efforts to lower screen brightness and close out of apps not currently in use. The battery will also jump down drastically while simply watching a video clip or while speaking on the phone. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I plan to return the phone.

    Says that it is certified and good as new, but the touch screen is messed up and I regularly have to lock the screen and sometimes restart the phone to do anything.
