BestBuy store was VERY HELPFUL in returning and getting replacements that work very well. For this geezer, it was a confusing and time consuming ordeal !!!

crescent shape off center facetime camera

Googled it up and sure enough, a known issue on most iphone 6. I will observe, and if it gets worse, will be returning it. This is supposed to be best buy certified refurbished, at least that's what the case says.

Terrible, should have listened to the reviews!

Oh and a damaged screen! Returned it the day of delivery. Spend the extra $50 and buy a new one on a pre-paid plan, take it to your carrier and put it on your plan!

Since I live in Brazil, warranty assistance is difficult and Best Buy has informed me that there is no email or chat to contact. Hard to believe that in this modern world we live, there is only telephone to get in touch. I don't recommend!
