I purchase the IPhone 6 plus that did not work

Unfortunately, the IPhone 6 Plus refurbished phone did not power up after two days of use. Even though the phone was certified by Best Buy Geek squad, the phone just would not power up. I took the phone back to the Best Buy for a full refund. Be aware we you purchase a refurbished phone that it may or may not work even though it's certified by Best Buy.

Defective phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone is defective. Screen freezes and the top part of the screen flickers. Very disappointed, I know it's refurbished but expected it to at least work. Tried call customer service last night and the hold time was over two hours. Tried again first thing this morning and I'm exchanging it. Hopefully the next one will work, the rep said they'll only do one exchange.

Phone had hardware issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Iphone 6 Plus that I bought had hardware problems. In two weeks, the camera went dead. I talked to apple support and they ran some diagnostic tests and they said it was a hardware failure. Secondly the microphone doesn't work when speaker is turned on in the call. Its extremely frustrating for me.
