Phone works pretty slow, not what I had expected. Processor is slow

After trying Android for a while, i got tired of the "extras" that carriers and phone manufacturers dump on your device. Why do we need yet another email reader, or navigation app. So happy to have a clean experience with Apple.

Charges very slow sometimes glitches back to the home screen

I had an iPhone 5 that was slow I couldn't do anything

I am very satisfied with the iphone 6 plus I received. It arrived in excellent condition as described. I also want to note that the customer service person I spoke to was very helpful to me in assisting my purchase.

I bought it for my father. Firstly, I look ok although it had some cratches near the charge hole, but then I found out that the power button had the problem when I put the phone on the silent mode. Everything was good except that problem, that's why I decided not to return because my father always keeps the phone on the normal mode

As I search your web page for pre owned devices . I liked one , the gb , all the features and the COLOR of it. I asked the "help" person on line if Inwas going to get exactly the same phone as I was looking at in the screen and she said "yes". It wasn't . Oh well. I haven't purchase a line for it yet but soon I will.

The phone wouldn't turn on after 1 week of use. Returned to Best Buy, ordered a replacement and when I called to see if phone was in, they couldn't find the order when I have an order number and receipt, nor can they find the phone we brought back. So while they look into this and try and figure it out, we are out A phone and Best Buy still has our 450.00!!! As of right now, I NEVER want to make A single purchase from Best Buy again!!!

Great phone. But, no book and charger not working.

I purchased pre owned phone "excellent" condition, when i received phone it had two deep scratches. Was told at store they can't fix it but i can send it to Apple at my expanse. Not worth it once i have to get it fixed.

Thanks for the iPhone 6Plus . Bought it for my dad and he loved it . The only thing it didn't have was earphones .

Only thing I didn't like about it was the storage I couldn't store a lot of song & etc & the software took up most of the space on the phone.

I needed a new phone because mine was stolen It was a great price for a good used phone

Great help at the store...didn't come in on the the day we were told it would...love the phone

It works well but sometimes the battery will be at 58% and then show it is on 5%.

The Best Buy employee mislead me about some things but,the phone is solid

Love the phone and the price I paid for it. Would recommend to anyone.
