    I ordered this Iphone 6s 128gb, but I received a model which does not have FaceTime and few other app missing, when I inquired I found out that this Handset was from different country(UAE) where apple has blocked few of the features due to restrictions, Now I don't understand that why this phone is selling in united states when it was not suppose to? And why it was not mentioned in the description? And a brand like Best Buy is allowing such a thing. I returned the product but still I am waiting for any reply and refund from Besy Buy. Being a regular customer I never expected it from Besy Buy, Disappointed and Dissatisfied....

    The certified pre owned phones are just like buying new. I prefer to buy the unlocked version because my carrier seems to add on a lot of fees when the phone is "free". It is much easier to monitor my monthly bill.

    The battery only lasted about 20 hours then died. We have to constantly charge it.
