    Not sure what happened. The phone been in a case since I bought it but the home button stopped working after a month of having it. Would recommend going new instead of pre-owned. The process of ordering and picking up from store was great.

    We bought this as a first phone for a younger child, so the newest iPhone out was not necessary. A line has not been set up yet on it but everything looks great. Did not come in original Apple packaging nor was the charger an original Apple charger, but that was not even noticed.
