    Pre used iPhone arrived in great condition (like new). Not even one mark or scratch on the iPhone. I was worried about purchasing a used iPhone, but Best Buy came through with this great iPhone purchase. Also the iPhone comes with a one year warranty which gives you some piece of mind when buying pre-owned. GREAT PURCHASE!!

    This iPhone worked without a hitch software wise but when I tried listening to music there was something stuck inside the audio jack that couldn't be removed

    Lost charge within one hour. Became extremely hot during use. Cost $120 but only received $95 refund. No response from Best Buy when I inquired about the difference.

    Excellent phone. I have had no problems with this phone. It holds a charge for at least 2 days yes. I play music watch videos and play games and I've had no issues. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for and iPhone.

    My experience was HORRIBLE I mean I know I was purchasing a refurbished phone but it was just for my son to watch YouTube kids abc mouse and the phone didn’t last two days before it started saying this device is overheated need to cool down only stay charged for about 30 mins I have now learned my lesson on purchasing these so called good condition working refurbished devices . That’s was a waste of $160 and times are to hard to just give money away. First time shopping with Best Buy and definitely my last . I hate I had to have this terrible experience with them.
