Seems to be good - nervous about used phones, but ok so far

Texting feature is great (imessage). Also, groups pictures automatically.

Only issue is it wont have the original apple charger.

We were going to be traveling and I needed a phone with more space for apps and pictures! This phone is ideal! I don’t know how I lived without it!

Love the phone but the headphones don't work have to use wireless headphones

This is a very nice phone. No cosmetic damages or anything. I'd recommend it.

Although the purchase was for a refurbished iPhone, it was expected to be without defect. Could not send back to Best Buy and had to send back to a warranty company as soon as we received it. Did not even get to use it and still waiting to be reissued another phone almost one month after purchase.

Phone works perfectly. Just wish it would have had the ear buds

5 stars wasn’t for the condition, it was for how BB handles their trade-in/used cellphone. They cleaned and wrapped up nice making sure the phone is in sell-able condition. I likely will buy from again as needed.

The battery started going dead within 6 months. When I went to replace the battery, the tech asked if we ever did work on the phone. I said it was probably checked by Best Buy before selling it to us. He said “That explains why one of the screws was stripped” he could not open it without drilling out the screw. Cost $57 to change the battery. It would have been good for BB to tell us the phone was damaged! Why didn’t they put in a new battery if they restored it to “Like New” condition.

If you cannot buy a new one this is your option for sure

Bought this phone online. It shipped faster than expected and included all of the perks of an Apple phone. I was able to take it to my current cellphone provider and get a SIM card to put in free of charge. Great investment!

I got my 6s 64G Iphone with excellent conduction as brand New, It's Unlocked I am able to use it in India as well, thanks for your wonderful customer service who helped me for purchase.

We brought two of those phone too replace my kids broken iPhones they work great and look bring new! Kids couldn't be happier with them and saved me a ton of money and headache of have them replaced!

I purchased this phone because its mentioned excellent. But my first one came with cracked screen. I have received one replacement phone and that one is also having battery problem. The worst thing is I came to know about the battery problem only after my 15 days return period. Now I dont have any option and my money is gone.
