Do not recommend buying a used phone from them

I should have just bought a new one for what the phone and new battery will cost me.

The phone looks great and everything looked good. It wasn't until two days ago that two lines came vertically across the screen and the home screen started freezing. No we did not drop the phone or harm it in any way. It seems like I have missed the "window" to return this phone even though it has only been 24 days that I bought this phone. The window for returning closed 12 days ago. How can they only allow us 12 days to ensure that everything is working properly, I am disappointed

It was a "lemon"!!!

The battery life last only a few hours and the phone froze up multiple times a day. Took it to the Geek Squad and they could do anything for it. We returned it within a week for a refund.
