Phone was back ordered forever! When it finally arrived it Was Not Unlocked!

The phone froze the morning after the return period ended. I am not pleased.

Died after 4 weeks! Of course, outside the return period. SO TERRIBLE!!

i still havent gotten my package and it said it would be here

Never got product I would like my product or what happened

i cant login my apple id which makes it difficult to download apps

The iPhone that I bought was only an average. Once I first got it, the iPhone batter was the best, and everything was working fine. But since this iPhone that I bought was already used, after a few months (like about 3) the iPhone batter started dying very fast. It first started off like the battery percentage just kept going down the more I used it, but after a few weeks of that, my iPhone would just die at 89%, but I still haven’t have the time to replace the battery. Overall, the iPhone did have a good camera and it did have scratched when I did first get it. One thing that I was pretty mad about what that, when I bought it it didn’t come with iPhone headphones, and it also just came in a android looking like box.

I have received phone on time, but tracking details provided by bestbuy was wrong, so not able to track it. Phone is in good condition and unlocked, but battery is low in power, only 84%, getting discharged very fast. Planning to put new battery with apple battery replacement program, that will cost 30$ more from pocket.

I never bought a Refurbished Apple product in my life. It took me 2 weeks to decide if I should buy this Refurbished iPhone or buy a new one, and after 2 weeks me and my girlfriend we decided to buy it. I bought it for her, and when it arrived we were shocked. It was in excellent conditions, like a New one. We will never regret that we bought this product, and thank you for the excellent quality.

I would've gave the phone a 5 stars but the charger that came with the phone didn't work. I called and they told me to come back and they would replace it. The phone itself looks brand new. The battery do seems to go out fast. Overall im happy with my purchase.

I received today no delay super rapid delivery but the iPhone come without original box, no earphones no signs of wear but for save 100 dollars I got it a used incomplete phone without warranty.

I purchased this phone for my wife. The first one came with cracked screen. I got a replacement phone and I was very happy. After using it for few days, it was found that while using camera, the battery was draining very fast. I was told in BestBuy store that, these phone will still have Apple warranty. When I called Apple, they told there are no warranty for the phone and the battery is already replaced earlier. After talking to corporate number, they have told that, these phone will look excellent they are not agreeing that phone itself is excellent. I felt cheated. So just simply don't waste your money.

I decided i wanted to buy my 1st iphone i have a android phone for a longtime now. I just got this iphone today what a great purchase it was for me a great price phone was in good condition fast delivery i was very impressed. i will be ordering phones from best buy again.

*** DO NOT BUY*** I was extremely disappointed by the quality of this phone purchase. When I purchased this phone I was informed that this phone was Unlocked and that it was compatible with T-Mobile... Well, that was false. After noticing that the phone ONLY WORKED IN WIFI even with my SIM card, I then called a tech support from t-mobil who then verified that this phone came from Japan and was Not compatible at all. I then went today to return the phone at Best Buy where I had purchased and they claimed that due to the phone being "opened" after purchasing that since I was returning it , I would then have to pay a $45.00 charge just to return. They completely disregarded the fact that I had proof from the man on the phone that the phone waS not compatible and they continued to say it was...CLEARLY IF IT WAS, THEN I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING. and also the batter overheats tremendously within 1 minute of charging. WORSE PURCHASE I EVER MADE **** DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE**

Twice I got a phone that has a battery that holds no charge. I went to store the first time to see if I could get the battery replaced. Manager said they can free of charge but then we noticed the button the right side doesn’t click too well. So I decided to return it and get a replacement instead. The replacement i got a week later also holds no charge. Went back to the same store and manager denied that they would replace the battery. They wanted to charge me $60 to replace a battery. If your listing says excellent condition. I’m assuming that means the battery too. Don’t buy it’s a waste of money. Refurbished to me means that it goes through some quality control. They don’t check the phonos, there is no quality control. I’ll be buying my phone through Gazelle instead

The "excellent condition" is what made me chose this refurbished iPhone over the other one. Do not listen to it. Don't buy refurbished phones off best buy. The battery jumped from 100% to 75% within 20 min of barely using the phone. I got this as a gift for my boyfriend and it's clearly an embarrassing and crappy gift to give. Very disappointed.

I really want to know if iphone Can work in jamaica??

It came on expected day, super happy that it worked with Tmobile and came with no cracks or scratches at all. Like new! Only thing is that it didn't come inside original box and it doesn't have the original charger.
