Bought a used iPhone 6s Plus and it’s been nothing but problems. We’ve taken the phone in at least 8 times and the phone still doesn’t work. The original phone that was shipped was a prepaid go phone so they gave us another one and the second one is the one with the most problems. There are problems with the SIM card saying “no service.” The manager at the Riverbanks store had promised to fix the phone several times but would say it would be ready the next day then we’d get no call, call back and would be told it be a few more days. We ended up going a whole week without the phone. The phone is still no SIM card after taking it to beat buy and apple. Overall horrible experience and will just stick to buying the phones through at&t since we’re having to buy another phone. Waste of 300!

will the iPhone work with metro pc? because some phones dont

I bought one off these phones says they are excellent condition but the one I was sent had 2 large cracks threw the screen .I took one look and returned it to store and got a refund > I would off thought they would of at least fixed the screen if its reconditioned . Who wants a phone with a cracked screen not me thats when I throw them away . so not happy at all .

Phone looked brand new upon arrival but 2 weeks later the display stopped working. Contacted CCR but the EMEI number was not printed on the back of the phone so my request form was deemed incomplete even thought i contacted them and explained the issue. Four days later still have a non functioning device. I'm going to have it repaired on my own.
