Bought it from Best Buy as a used phone. Said excellent condition. But the battery needs replaced. The iPhone says it needs serviced. Phone was over priced. And to repair it will cost more money for an outdated phone.

I needed a phone right away and wasn't going to be able to get a new phone until the following week. I bought this to use until I upgraded to current model. The phone is working great! I will have a good back-up, once I decide what new phone I actually want.

purchased this for teenager needing phone to communicate with parents for after school functions, whereabouts, and messaging about transportation. battery health was 98%. packaged with charger and charging cord. looks brand new. I would definitely consider purchasing a similar refurbished iphone when next time comes. Save considerable $$$.

Very easy to use nice camera and the size fit to the small hand

I choose a iPhone 7 from best buy because i do not want payments to my phone service carrier. i had a choice of two iPhones, and i decided to pay more for one that was advertised in excellent condition because i usually keep my phones for 2 years or more. The phone was flawless. That’s all i need to say, above my expectations.

the back of the iPhone arrived with a ton of scratches... The aluminum back case was overheating after 3 minutes of use, everytime... after 30 minutes of use I got only 45% of battery and i iPhone on fire... dangerous, I'm not recommend

Yeah it's good for pre-owned. I chose this because I thought it came with a warranty but there was no warranty card. Luckily the phone is in good condition, the only thing is the battery drains a bit quick.

This phone arrived in great shape and works great so far.

Finally had to replace this refurbished phone due to the battery no longer recharging properly and no parts available to fix it. Hoping that I can use it as a backup if needed. I would buy it again; guess that's why I bought a refurbished phone from Best Buy to replace it.
