Has some technical issues!!

It came in really good condition this is my only complaint!! Not a deal breaker but gets annoying when it happens which is not often but reason cannot rate 5 stars.

However the battery is clearly used and not great. Battery health says 86 when I got the phone. The phone does not hold a charge well and frequently needs to be recharged.

Was on hold with phone company for so long and was sent so many SIM cards that finally we figured out that the phone wasn't unlocked. Called Best Buy to send me a phone that was unlocked and the second one was NOT unlocked also. I had to return the product to store and bought elsewhere.
