Wanted a backup phone as repairing and replacing an iphone hasn’t been easy with the stay at home orders (since Apple stores are shut). Decided that a pre-owned “Certified“ one from Best Buy would be the right way to go. Even at the premium price over local sellers and eBay. I assumed I would be getting a superior product after reading the web site. Long story short. After opening it I immediately noticed some discoloration around the camera and flash which I assumed was from the fact there had been a case on it for a long time. No prob. Good there was a case. Bad for discoloration. Charged it up. Inserted SIM. Check settings. Battery health at 80% Nope. Didn’t even last that long. Speakers would cut out when using on speakerphone. So tried playing music and watching videos. Same issue. Saving grace was that it had been a short time so was able to return it. Maybe my bad luck but in the end buyer beware.

The unlocked phone was ready to use as soon as opened and simply had to be charged and insert SIM card. That's it!! The money saved on buying a pre-owned phone was used to purchase a 2-year protection plan.

When the phone arrived, I was very happy with it. The appearance was like new. It was a breeze getting the transfer done. But the iPhone soon began cycling between service and no service. I went to the local Geek Squad desk who basically would have sent it out for repair causing my kid to not have a phone for however long. Ultimately, this is a known issue for Apple and I took it to the Apple Store who sent it out for repair while providing a loaner phone. It would have been nice had the issue been discovered and repaired prior to the phone being put up for sale. That said, if one of our other iPhones broke, I would still buy another used iPhone here at these prices.

In the description it wasn’t mentioned that there were scratches on the screen. But it is a good option to have as an emerging phone which is the reason I bought it.

This phone is priced at a great price for the phone. However when I receive the phone it needs its battery replaced. Thankfully I have insurance through my provider and they will be replacing the battery free of charge. While I get the phone was pre-owned they should just close a little bit about each pre-owned device so you know what you’re getting!

You won't be disappointed. Great storage and hardware for the price.

Good packaging and condition of this device, works like new and the condition of the battery is also satisfactory. There are micro scratches, but if you wipe it the gel against micro scratches, then they will disappear. I am completely satisfied.

Great phone for apple macintosh users. Bigger screen than previous.

Works good, is in great shape, was easy to purchase with curbside pickup; glad I found it online. Also referred by another Best Buy store that had a similar product, but wasn't unlocked, so they assisted me by sending to your store. A pleasant shopping experience.

The Phone was in great shape but would not work with Verizon

So far so good. As others have said, this comes in a cheap box without earbuds, generic charger- but for the price, this is still a good deal. This I Phone is operating well, aside from the speaker having some fuzz. The battery has 90% life, and seems to hold the charge for a while. I’m happy overall with the product for the price.

My new phone is awesome- and at a great price! The phone itself is in great condition- no scratches or anything- it’s like new! The transaction was easy, unlocked so it was nothing but a SIM card switch and call to my phone provider. I would say spend a little extra and get the ones in excellent condition.

I bought this for my husband who has had an iphone 4 for the past 5 years and it was used when he received it. The phone came in it's own sealed case along with the charger. The phone was immaculate no scratches or dings. So far so good, haven't had any technical issues as of now.
