Overall the phone look and work great ,no problem so far

It had a couple of scratches on the front and back!!

I ordered this phone with the hopes of it being in excellent condition as the description stated. It was! I was very impressed with how well the phone was taken care of. This open box purchase was a great deal that saved me money and gave me a quality product.

I’m so happy got mine with 91% battery health. The minor scratches at the back are acceptable and could easily be covered by a good phone case. First time to buy pre owned and I don’t regret it all.

I bought this used and I was surprised that it is in like new condition. What a great deal for a practically brand new Iphone. I got it at the best price on the internet. I shopped around and this was the best price I found anywhere. What a great deal.

Right now there is nothing not to love about my Pre-owned iPhone 7. It looks new. It works well. I'm a bit nervous since the warranty is only 90 days and I wonder why not a year at least. But, this is my second pre-owned phone and the first one worked like a clock!

This phone gets hot when charging. At a 100% charged it's doesn't hold a charge for very long. It's hard to hear the person your talking too, weather you call them or they call you.

I got the phone the next day I ordered it. It’s overall in good condition and I haven’t had any problems with it. It did have a small scratch on the back but the description did mention it. I was a little scared of making the purchase but I think the price was worth it.

Purchased this phone for my Granddaughter who's old phone bit the dust. The day I told her it was to arrive, she impatiently waited peering between the kitchen blinds looking for the mailman. To her disappointment it wasn't in the mail. Minutes later it was delivered to the door just the day it was promised and in a timely, quickly shipping manner. We were both so happy with this phone. With only 1 or 2 very small cosmetic blemishes, it was beautiful. No problems with the screen nor in using the phone. Works great and she only puts it down when she's sleeping, it seems. I would highly recommend buying this product or any other from Best Buy. From talking to the clerk to recieving in the mail, the service was great!

This replaced my beloved iPhone 6S, which I accidentally ruined. I went right to Best Buy website and found several used iPhone 7 phones, I chose one, ordered, and it was ready for pick up 2 days before scheduled. The pick-up experience was absolutely perfect in every way. I bought the screen protector that they recommended, a very kind gentleman cleaned my new phone and installed the screen protector for me. The entire experience was pleasant, and I am thankful.

Came in good condition with minimum wear and tear.
