The phone is fine. Not sure there's anything I can say about the iPhone 7 that would be new to anyone However, this phone being advertised as unlocked is the biggest issue. It's not unlocked. It only works with certain carriers. Not Sprint or Verizon. They should not advertise it in the title as being unlocked when it's not.

No issues with this device at all (was pre-owned); I was hesitant to purchase as I really wanted the Apple extended warranty, which was not available on this preowned device, but as it turned out I didn't need it.

I got pre-owned thinking it will still give me a year in warranty, but I was told during pickup that the warranty is only for 6 months and only for parts. Haven't had any issues yet. But this is being used sparingly. The phone absolutely needs a cover, feels real fragile and slippery.

I like that they had to his refurbished however the camera lense for the rear had some black spots on it. Also, iPhone 7’s don’t have a ear phone jack.

Got this for my mom. Super happy. Iphones are just great. Quality and easy to use. Facetime with a family - yes please. )) P.S. - Best Buy made it easy to purchase, quality control and great customer service. )

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review was because it didn’t come in it’s original apple box , it didn’t come with apple earphones and the charger was an off brand meaning it wasn’t apple.

The phone has some scratches on the size and you can hear very low you will need to put it on speaker

This phone is a great entry-level I-phone purchase for my teen. The re-furbished phone looks new and is easy to use. Battery life is great and needs little recharging during the week. Uses a lightning cord.

I purchased this unlocked iPhone as a Christmas gift and it was everything as expected! I received the phone and the charger, no earphones included but that’s okay. the phone was in excellent conditions as stated on the website.

This phone looks like new and works perfectly. The battery charged to 100%. Very happy with this purchase. I just got it and will have to see how the battery performs but it looks good right now.

The re-furbished I Phone works great. Looks perfect . I save a bundle. I totally recommend buying refurbished phones from Best Buy. The customer service at the store where I picked up my phone was excellent.

Purchase was okay. Getting it activated was another story. Battery life at 74%. Wouldn’t do it again!

Buyer Beware! This is the 2nd "pre-owned" Apple Iphone 7 I have tried to buy from Best Buy online and have ended up returning both of them. The first one I received had a battery with only 80% health and battery life was short. the 2nd device would not connect to Cellular data - it was always roaming or searching. I did visit the ATT store and they suggesting resetting the phone to factory default. That helped for awhile but the phone kept having a similar problem, so we ended up having to return that one too. Because these are electronic devices, Best Buy would only give us in-store credit, so we ended up having to fork over extra money to get a NEW phone. I would NOT RECOMMEND trusting to buy a pre-owned device from Best Buy online. In my opinion, you are asking for trouble. Save yourself the hassle and learn from my mishaps!

Item as described with very little signs of wear. I think I got a good deal. I would hesitate to buy again should the need arise. Shipping was fast and pick up was easy.

I purchased this for my kid because iPhones just last longer. The item came in perfect condition. Not a single scratch or mark. It works perfectly. Honestly could ask for a better used phone.

Package arrived timely. I was extremely underwhelmed with the actual packaging - a flimsy generic box inside a thinly padded envelope; not a sturdy cardboard box. I think the phone should have been wrapped better to ensure no damage - more substantial bubble wrap envelope. The phone overall serves its purpose. The battery performance is at 86% (which is something I wish you could know at purchase). Volume is not great....you must use speaker or use it in car.
