I wouldn't describe the condition as excellent. There speaker was dirty and there are scratches on the screen.

Be sure to check whether your phone service is CDMA or GSM Network. My Sprint SIM card is CDMA, the phone is unlocked for GSM network, so service didn’t connect. Waited too long beyond the return policy and couldn’t exchange.

I bought this phone and it was listed in excellent condition however the battery has less than 80% charge ability.

My daughter loves her "new" phone. It looked new. It came with a charging cord (generic, not Apple). We DID have to get a SIM card from Sprint, but it was free of charge. She has had it a few months now with no problems. Would by again.

Excellent value! Phone is repackaged in like new, untouched by human hands condition. Supplied charger and cable are not from Apple. No headset is included.

I purchased this phone for my mother. Didn’t want to spend a lot but one that met her needs... phone book, texting, and making calls. So far it works fine, no issues (knock-on-wood).

Was a bit scared of this purchase but when the phone came in it was intact. Definitely worth the price. Battery life was great and overall the phone was in great condition.

Apple has a super easy way to transfer all your settings from the cloud you can set up in just minutes; don’t forget you have to move your Sim card, and that’s ultra easy with a paperclip.

the screen got strange colors and a yellowish tone .... battery is very very bad couldnt even hold a day of not use at all... the nfc tag for cashless payment didnt work either

I was concerned about getting a refurbished phone but it has been working great and as if it was new. I have not had any difficulties with it as of yet. Shipping was super fast.

I got a pre-owned iPhone and it came dirt like actually dirt on it, easy to wipe down but concerning that it didn’t get done before being sold. Also it’s getting really hot while being plugged in. The also said that if I wanted to pick it up it would be end of April so I opted to have it shipped to me which was $25 and it turns out the shipped it from the store that like less then 5 miles away so why could I have picked it up sooner? They have curb side pick up....

I have bought 4 I phones. I thought that getting rose gold phones with a lot memory would mean they would have been well taken care of. I bought them as gifts and everyone is happy with them.

I got this phone to upgrade from my basic android. I needed one compatible with cricket wireless. When the phone arrived, it was in great condition. Set up process was easy.

Bought for my daughter as her first phone. It is refurbished but when it came to us it looked like a new phone. Everything functions on it as it should and she loves it.

It is in good working condition, only concern was battery life percentage is less, but overall satisfied with product.

Thanks for the excellent condition phone that does not work. Go to the geek squad and they say sorry we can’t help you, you have to call some other third party warranty person. Really, I thought I was buying from Best Buy.? Oh, and yes we ordered it as a Christmas gift, so while it sat under the tree the 14 day return policy expired. Merry Christmas Never again.
