I have bought 4 I phones. I thought that getting rose gold phones with a lot memory would mean they would have been well taken care of. I bought them as gifts and everyone is happy with them.

Thanks for the excellent condition phone that does not work. Go to the geek squad and they say sorry we can’t help you, you have to call some other third party warranty person. Really, I thought I was buying from Best Buy.? Oh, and yes we ordered it as a Christmas gift, so while it sat under the tree the 14 day return policy expired. Merry Christmas Never again. Best Buy, link at the products we have bought from your company. Way to treat a costumer

As per condition, phone was in good condition but speaker , call conference and some other feature was not working. Mainly I was not able to hear the voice and neither receiver side couldn’t hear. I had to return the phone. Bad purchase. I will recommend to check all phone feature after receipt.

It was advertised as unlocked, but it would not accept a Verizon SIM card. They state during their process of cleaning or refurbishing the phone, they replace the battery. From the time I opened the box when it arrived, for 19 hours I had it plugged into the electrial outlet, moving around the house. First using the cord it came with, then other cords, other outlets. It would randomly turn off and stay off. I think this one was a lemon. Apple is a very good product in my opinion for the most part. My iphone 12 fell into the bottom of Spring River in Arkansas, so I just bought a nice white and red "used" but guaranteed by Best Buy and they honored it, took it back. Now I'm in an Android, the Motorola play something or another and I don't know how I feel about it. :) The Southaven, Mississippi store has the best staff.

It is in good working condition, only concern was battery life percentage is less, but overall satisfied with product.

I got this phone to upgrade from my basic android. I needed one compatible with cricket wireless. When the phone arrived, it was in great condition. Set up process was easy.

Bought for my daughter as her first phone. It is refurbished but when it came to us it looked like a new phone. Everything functions on it as it should and she loves it.

I would recommend the unlocked phones, I purchased three, and the Rose Gold was the only one that had an issue. I returned it with no flack, got a replacement and it was perfect.

It get hot a lot and the battery get drain earlier

This phone is perfect it has all the gb memory I need. It has many easy accessble features. such as texting, email, notes, data, Google, call hold, many useful apps!

Received phone with some sort of stain marks in the back of the phone, wasn't able to remove off, the phone battery capacity was at an 80 percent level. Overall phone still works.

This pre-owned iPhone 7 is in good condition, the pictures online honestly show the real conditions of the item. I am very satisfied with it.

I bought the phone thinking it was going to be unlocked, when I received it i was locked to Verizon so I had to return it.

The phone turned out to be a great item. Was in excellent shape. I’m very pleased with it.

Received the phone in working order but the battery drained quickly. After viewing the battery status in Settings, saw that it was only at 81% capacity. Apple recommends changing the battery at 80%. Took to an Apple store for battery replacement. Very unhappy about that.

You need to trust in the company to buy a refurbished item. I didn’t have any problem with my phone. Still working and in a great condition.

My teenager has had my different cell phones over the years but the I-Phone 7 is by far the best value for everything it does. Perfect for any teen and affordable too!!!!

I recently purchased the preowned Apple i phone 7 with 32GB Memory. This is my first i phone. I love it. It was in excellent condition.

I bought this iPhone days ago But as far as I can see it’s the best used iPhone I could get with best deals. For now Everything is clean like new.
