Stop working after 1 month

Mane standard features such as headphone jack (which is also the lighting charging jack) doesn’t work. She can receive calls but no one can hear her speak. Bluetooth stop working as well. I bought this particular one because it was advertised as “excellent condition “ hardly!! Stay clear from refurbished IPhones because no company takes real time to make sure every single feature works properly.

Very disappointed…

Very hard to get in to get geek squad to look at.. I called and they said I had one year apple warranty.. Thought I would wait to go back to Vero Beach Best Buy. Since I'am a snowbird and live in Wisconsin in summer. Brought it to geek squad couldn’t fix.. They said it would be $300 to replace.. I had already paid $ 240 for refurbished.. Very disappointed..

Broke after a few weeks

Started to turn off a week or 2 after I bought it and then eventually shut off for good. Wasn’t able to get a refund/exchange and I’m out $350 now. Went to Apple to see a technician and was told the logic board is fried. Won’t be purchasing a refurbished phone from Best Buy again.
