Camera would not focus,phone stopped working

My work hours have been cut back so saving money is a priority but I also need a good phone to function in everyday life. After three days phone would not accept service because the ISO update would not download. The process of waiting on the phone to arrive and having to return it has been a pain.

I took to the store and they said “there’s nothing we can do to help you.” So I decided to take it apart to see if something was loose, and I found loose screws and others were just laying close to the battery. Thumbs down Best Buy
