I'm an android user, but needed an ios product to operate a system. Noted phone getting quite warm during charging. Standby charge is worse than my old I4 that this replaced. Also, hate that you have to have wireless earbuds for private listening.

This is my first iPhone and first pre-owned phone. Best Buy staff assisted in transferring contacts, choosing a case, etc. but that desk was busy with just one staff member. Could have used more help there, but the help I received was very good. Went to ATT store to assist with sim card and Apple store to get account in order. After those 3 stops, phone is excellent and have experienced zero problems.

The phone was in very good condition when it came. The only thing I didn't like was that within the first month I had to get a new battery because it kept dying so quickly and the screen wasn't an apple screen.

The phone came in great shape and earlier than expected, but the battery life is not the greatest.

The phone is fine except when it needs charging then it sometimes gives a message of this access may not be supported

bought it while I get a better phone, it came with a good battery but a little scratch , which is to be expected, other than that it is a good buy.

Great phone. Working so far pretty good. I would recommend to others as well.

My hubby is hard on technology and he shattered his iphone 7 screen so buying a brand new phone didn't make sense. This iphone 7 works perfectly for him and he's very happy with this purchase. The fact that Best Buy had looked it over well made me comfortable buying it vs buying from someone online.

Buyer beware: iPhone 7 Model A1660 comes with a defective component. Mine failed some two months after purchasing (pre-owned), and created the unfixable No Service message in top left of screen. As I write this, I'm working with a Geek Squad guy to get the phone sent to Apple for repair under their iPhone 7 Repair Program: https://support.apple.com/iphone-7-no-service Would rate 5 stars if not for this No Service issue. Its a sleek phone in a comfortable size at a great price for the consumer.

I ordered this phone for a christmas present. I picked it up at best buy a week or so after i ordered it. It was wrapped and left to be open. Christmas day we put the sim card in and searching was displayed and would not register to network. We took it to tmobile and apple as it was confirmed the sim card reader is broken. Of coarse not return or exchange at best buy because its past 14 days. I was told I need to contact a warranty exchange program that may or may not accept my exchange. Its being mailed now to see if I can get a replacement. Meanwhile i need to make my first payment now on my best buy credit card and have no phone and a kid without a present.

Got this for my son. He's had no issues with it. Great size and easy to use

great phone. was on vacation in Florida and my phone stopped working, AT&T gave me no fast solution whatsoever even though i had insurance, Best Buy stepped up and offered this pre owned phone at a reasonable price, activated it and i was able to be connected back to the world while on vacation.

The phone arrived as described but now less than a month and a half later it is already giving problems with the battery. Sometimes shutting down and other times saying it can't perform a function due to not enough battery strength.

bought this for my son who broke his phone; excellent so far, and pick and was very easy.

The phone works well, but I when I got it the ear peice speaker was so low I had to take it to Best Buy to see what they could do, then I was told I needed to go to Apple and see what they could do. After going round and round with people, I got it fixed via apple. Also the visual voice mail on the phone doesn’t work, so you have to call your voicemail. Other than that it works okay.
