Works great for my son. Was able to hook up to TracFone.

Acceptable with small amount of money, good for students

I needed a phone right away and wasn't going to be able to get a new phone until the following week. I bought this to use until I upgraded to current model. The phone is working great! I will have a good back-up, once I decide what new phone I actually want.

Excellent condition, very satisfied with its ease of use

When I am scrolling at times the phone freezes. It came in really good condition this is my only complaint!! Not a deal breaker but gets annoying when it happens which is not often but reason cannot rate 5 stars.

The phone was in great condition but it wasn't unlocked. Was on hold with phone company for so long and was sent so many SIM cards that finally we figured out that the phone wasn't unlocked. Called Best Buy to send me a phone that was unlocked and the second one was NOT unlocked also. I had to return the product to store and bought elsewhere.

I choose a iPhone 7 from best buy because i do not want payments to my phone service carrier. i had a choice of two iPhones, and i decided to pay more for one that was advertised in excellent condition because i usually keep my phones for 2 years or more. The phone was flawless. That’s all i need to say, above my expectations.

iPhone in very good estetic condition, but ir included generic accesories and didn’t include EarPods

Great phone and in great shape. Like new! However the battery is clearly used and not great. Battery health says 86 when I got the phone. The phone does not hold a charge well and frequently needs to be recharged.

purchased this for teenager needing phone to communicate with parents for after school functions, whereabouts, and messaging about transportation. battery health was 98%. packaged with charger and charging cord. looks brand new. I would definitely consider purchasing a similar refurbished iphone when next time comes. Save considerable $$$.

Very easy to use nice camera and the size fit to the small hand

My only displeasure about the 7 is that it runs hot. It’s otherwise a fine phone.

Finally had to replace this refurbished phone due to the battery no longer recharging properly and no parts available to fix it. Hoping that I can use it as a backup if needed. I would buy it again; guess that's why I bought a refurbished phone from Best Buy to replace it.

The phone is ok, just hasa few scratches. But the speakers on the bottom are so dirty. The adapter and usb cable are also not a original one. There is no earphone as well.
