Does not work and when tried to do a return said it was last time but bought the item for Xmas and it was never opened or used until after Xmas.

Phone in good physical condition. The battery health is under 80% meaning it goes dead VERY fast and basically needs a new battery. Would not have bought if I knew I had to go through so much extra trouble

Good processing, responds well. Battery is worn out and needs service, but otherwise a worthwhile product!

This is my first iPhone and so far, so good. The purchase and timing of receipt went very well. The only concern I had was with the way it was packaged for shipment. The small box containing the phone was put in a much larger outer box allowing it to slide/bounce around as it travelled from the place of origin to my residence. Thankfully, no damage has been detected thus far.

As a senior citizen I really like this phone. It is easy to use and the size is perfect

Needed a cell phone in a pinch but couldn't afford retail. So far this pre-owned refurbished Iphone has been working like a charm.

The phone itself arrived in great physical condition. The battery health was at 77% and says service. Phone will run a little over 1 hour before needing to be charged. Went into Best Buy to see about having a battery replacement or even a $20 discount being the phone needs a new battery. Was told I could buy a new phone or pay Geek squad and they will ship it off for a battery replacement. Only other option is to send the phone back and take a chance on a replacement which may or may not be better. If you buy these phones factor in another $60 to replace the battery to your total cost.
