    Glad I was able to get this replacement phone for my grandson. His older one was not working very well. The phone arrived on the day that I was told it. It was activated and everything was loaded. It seems the phone is working good so far.

    The phone works well but the battery life is VERY low. Fully charged battery dies within 2-3hrs. :/ Other than that there's a scratch on the screen. Thats about it as of yet.

    I purchased this product for my granddaughter, Jul 2019 it didn’t last a year, and due to I didn’t purchase the additional insurance, Apple nor Best Buy was able to replace it. So I was disappointed, it didn’t last a full year.
