    Kid dropped her phone and broke case and phone. This replacement phone has the brain needed for a kid in college. So far, no issues!

    I should have known better. NEVER buying a refurbished from from BestBuy again. The display wasn’t an apple genuine display and stopped working right after the 3 month warranty date. What a waste of money!!

    Didn’t work with Verizon, but I had bought it for a child so it worked just fine with WiFi which served my purpose.

    I wouldn’t have a problem buying a refurbished iPhone. I think it they are overall good products to buy. You definitely save some money.

    Purchased this phone because it said it was unlocked however would not work with my carrier. Very easy to return however still had to pay the $35 “restocking fee”. Very disappointing considering it said it would work.

    battery life was horrible. 2 days after getting it, battery wouldn't last more that 2-3 hrs. returned it after 4 days.
