    This phone was garbage. By the time I started to use it which is recently, the battery expires within an hour. It freezes.

    The phone worked for about 1 week it gets hot to the touch at times and I cannot make calls because cellular update failed

    I have been diligently working on getting our device’s Activation Lock removed. After multiple calls to, visits to and documents from Best Buy and calls to Apple; Apple is still determined that either Best Buy or myself are criminals. Since I have the Best Buy receipt it must be Best Buy that is shady. It is not worth the hassle to purchase pre-owned devices from Best Buy. They will force you to jump through hoops for information that still will not fix the issue.
