I fear 3 weeks of having bought it and the horn does not work anymore, it does not get heard when they call me, it is not heard when speaking, nor does the person listen to me, definitely a bad purchase, and the supposed guarantee does not answer me when I speak to them.

Your better off just upgrading to the latest iPhone or or looking for a better deal somewhere else .. what’s un just is the restocking fee in which why do not charge restocking fee for the rest of the stuff you buy

Arrive late, not time indicated at checkout. After having this phone for a day and a half It broke ... called geek squad they diagnosed a hardware issue and I had to return it ... a pain!!!

Phone came and was dirty. Can barley hear out if it and after using it for two weeks it started acting up and I had no service. Took it to my provider and was told that the Phone is not compatible with my provider so I need to get a new phone.

Bought this phone 6 weeks ago. Having issues with it rebooting every time I use it. Called Best Buy to see if they can fix or replace it. Since it’s “refurbished (by Best Buy)”there is nothing they are willing to do! Will never buy from here again!

If I could give zero stars, I could. As soon as I opened the box and inserted my sim card, it would not connect to the cell service. I returned it and, despite having bought it with a credit card, the store would only give me store credit.

I do not recommend. This product it was scratched and when I went to Best Buy the seller told me that I could not return it to store it had to be online

Unlocked IPhone that is not compatible with T-mobile. Says Unlocked for T mobile but that wasn't the case. Changed $45 restocking fees like it was my fault for the error.

The phone stopped working after less than three weeks of use. The warranty company, CCR, was very slow to respond. I tried calling Best Buy for help and the supervisor was incredibly combative with me.

No scratches or shock. But has to go back to the Apple factory after we spent a long time in an Apple store to try to solve the problem. SIM card does not work properly; it seems to be a well-known problem of the iPhone7

Phone does not work at all. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Since it was my son's only Christmas gift and purchased early it is No longer returnable. 0 stars

The phone no longer works properly and the Geek Squad protection is a joke!!! Don’t purchase it!!! Go somewhere else!!

Phone has glitches and doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed. I bought this for my son’s Christmas present and it was horrible. He can’t even use it. Never again will always buy directly from Apple.

First phone arrived with service problems. T-Mobile informed us the phone is defective and needs to be replaced. Best Buy quickly sent a replacement phone with a defective speaker and microphone.

the camera it glitches, Not working at all and when you try to connect the iPhone with your computer you can't because the computer doesn't recognize the IPhone. Really disappointed

Horrible experience, phone was cracked when I got home. I should of opened at store but it was a present for my niece. Then they charged me a restocking fee!! Never again will I buy from you

Sold as an UNLOCKED phone, but when I tried to connect it to a network, I found it was LOCKED to AT&T. Poor reception almost everywhere I go.

awful! I am sooo angry with them. They told me it was in excellent condition and everything worked, but the antenna doesn’t work and I can’t even make a call on the thing!! Terrible!
