It works well but the sound quality when you’re on a call sucks. My old phone (iPhone 6 S Plus) never had that issue. I wish there was a way to buy the iPhone 8 brand new because I like iOS but I don’t like the latest iPhone models. This isn’t Best Buy’s fault but I’m not happy with not having a headphone jack. And for a phone model this “old,” the price shouldn’t be so expensive

It’s like not what I expected but it’s good.ilove how it has more storage. It came with scratches but they were little that u can hardly notice and like everything works perfectly and is functional I would recommend this if u r in a budget and u just want something simple.

I used the 8plus for years at my last employer, but they owned the phone, so I was very pleased with how this preformed. It was re-furbished and exceeds all performance expectations I have. Looks and works like a brand new phone.

Not too bad for a preowned phone so far no issues. Brought at a great price and needed a new phone for my teenagers. This did not break the bank.

The phone was in fair condition but not what I expected. The speaker was very dirty and could hear much out of it. I cleaned it but still not much changed so I returned it. The back by the carrera was all scratched up as well
