Got no headphone, a poor quality cheap charger and came in a android phone box.

The box that the phone came in was slightly worn/bent/twisted in several places, but the phone is in excellent working condition.

My husband was very happy to finally have a phone that held a charge and fast enough that he could play games. Although refurbished it looks and acts like new phone

I bought this used and I like it so far. The only problem is getting messed up with hot weather!! The rest no problemo!! Based on the price I think I got a good deal with shopping used from Best Buy.

Had to return. Even though it saws the phone was unlocked it did not work with T Mobile. Also battery was needing a replacement. Returned the following day.

Phone was in good condition upon arrival. Seems to be functioning properly. Overall pleased with this purchase.

Never again will I buy a refurbished phone from BestBuy. Won’t make that mistake again. The condition was horrible and being a TotalTech member I thought it would be covered. If I had to do it all over again, buy direct from apple and add apple care.

The phone seems to be in great condition, there’s a few minor scratches but we took it down to our local phone store to put it on a prepaid service but they were unable to do anything with it, it just wasn’t doing what it should. Unfortunately we will be returning

The storage capacity and larger screen size are just what I wanted for my next iPhone. Love the better front and back facing camera and portrait mode for the iPhone 8 Plus.
