The phone works well. So far i have not had any issues when using my iPhone 8 Plus. It was a good deal.

Highly disappointed it was working well and I was happy with the phone when I received it but after about 2 months it started glitching and now it shuts down and my calls/messages and apps disappear sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t im extremely disappointed it stopped working after the return policy I would not recommend

The phone doesn’t stay charge no longer than 4 hours

Bought this iPhone 8 Plus refurbished supposed to be in great condition , once we got stuff transferred from old phone to new phone , the speaker when you call doesn’t work it’s muffled, you should really check all features before selling used phone very very disappointed with this purchase

The phone description did not say anything about the phone being damaged. Once I opened the box the iphone had scratches on the sides and a huge scratch across the screen.

The glass was heavily scratched to the point the phone was not usable. I realize that the item was in used condition, but if it has significant scratching or damage, this should be stated. I returned the phone within the 14 day specified. To add insult to injury, Best Buy had the audacity to charge me $45 to return a damaged item.

Received all my packages very quickly very satisfied

garbage is garbage you just stall my money i can not return that garbage correctly be coz i do not have printer to print your label so no money no phone i will never buy anything from this stor

Bought it online, and I received a different iPhone in 64 GB silver. No good.
