So far, the phone seems Ok. I'm a bit concerned about the battery, it seems to drain quickly. I'm hoping it is not an issues. I haven't had the phone long enough to judge it just yet, but I did buy a powerpack, just in case I need it out & about.

Bought to replace my old 8plus for my 10 year old, when we misplaced it. Battery drained so quickly (3 hours), I wasn’t aware it was a “known” issue with the 8. I was told I have to buy a new battery ($70) or deal with the fact it will only charge to max 70%. I returned the phone - wasn’t worth the hassle.

Some flaws, but it is pre-owned and I expected that. It is still a very good looking and working phone.

When I got my phone I looked it over really good and I could not find a flaw. It was easy to setup, and I am using it now to complete this survey.

Based on the price of a new I-Phone, this was a good value - especially with getting 256 gigs of memory. the condition of the phone was excellent. We couldn't tell it from a new one. Everything was as advertised. However, it was a pain moving the data over from the old phone -- but Best Buy did everything for us. Their help is why buying from them is so much better than just ordering on line.

Pretty good phone, no blemishes. It would be more informative if the battery life was published. Mine was at 75% life, not to bad for a refurbished phone.

for being a pre owned it barely had any scrates and was very well taken care of, even tho the charger was not original, it still worked great

Phone is fine. The percentage is only 77% and says it needs service. Other than that functions as expected…

I purchased this for an older relative that needed the simplicity of Apple software and had a physical button. The phone was in very good condition and even came with a free sim card and accompanying $30 credit!! The shipping was very fast, too, came a day earlier than expected which was perfect because it was a birthday gift. I would say the only issue with the phone is that it has 75% battery health. I'll have to get that fixed.

looks like new, pretty, my daughter seems to like it, but not used too much yet. Hope it runs smoothly n everything is okay

I love my new phone. I was nervous that the battery would be trash, thankfully it wasn’t. No damage to the phone. In great condition. The purchase/pickup was easy. I would buy another refurbished iPhone product.

This would be a 5 star review if the first phone we received had not been reported lost or stolen, meaning we couldn't get a SIM for it. But the second phone has been great!

The pre-owned iPhone 8 is a great phone for the price and satisfies a need for a phone that is able to function in a market area with limited cellular coverage and is inexpensive. Best Buy's pre-owned phones are as good as new.

I bought this pre-owned iPhone 8 Plus over a year ago, and it's still in perfect condition. I decided to buy another one for my dad from the same seller. Highly recommend!
