This phone comes as advertised! I got this for my daughter (I am an android guy) and she really loves it. What I love is it looks brand new and works like new; the price was about half of a new iphone 13 128G.

I bought the phone for my younger sibling. And buying it from Best Buy was not only convenient because I could choose the carrier I wanted. Since day one the phone works great and it came as if I had purchased it straight out of the Apple Store. The battery life is great. My brother uses his phone for multiple things like games, music and YouTube and it can last him all day. The camera quality is also nice. I have the iPhone 14 and there is not much difference in the camera quality. Overall the display is great. Very smooth. And I love the color.

A much needed upgrade to my eleven. I was hesitant at first being a used iPhone, but it works extremely well. You’d never tell it’s second hand. I will definitely buy another used phone from Best Buy.

I bought this phone because the phone I was using was an older phone. Glad I was able to purchase this phone at a reasonable price. So far so good.

It is so nice and working superb. I recommend Pre owned phones from Best buy only. I tried different stores but this is awesome.

I'm not a fan of Apple products or iPhones but I needed one in order to stay in touch with my athletes and coaching staff more efficiently but I still own and love my Android. It's been a decent phone and has served it's purpose well but the battery drains fast when playing videos.

Overall good phone and for the price. Had no issues whatsoever.

I feel like sometimes when you buy things used or refurbished it can be hit or miss. I bought this phone and about 10 months into having it the sound stopped working for calls so in order to talk on the phone I would have to have the phone on speaker. Other than that the phone was great!

Excellent condition, great product at a good price

I purchased this phone as a gift for my Mom. It looks just like new, no scuffs or scratches and it was fairly easy to set up. Just wish it came with the original accessories. Comes only with a generic cable. All in all a very good buy, and my Mom is very happy with it!
