    Couldn't be happier! Bought this phone 4.5 years after the model's launch date. iOS reports battery capacity at 87%. Cosmetically it's in almost perfect shape. Super positive experience. When I need to buy used iPhones in the future, I will be returning to Best Buy.

    This is a great phone! I was nervous about buying a pre-owned phone, but no worries. Looks like a brand new phone and charges to 100%. Great decision on my part!

    The phone came in good condition physically. The box had a big hole in it but the phone wasn’t damaged from what I’ve seen. Great phone and besides the box damage and it being a generic box not the original, great purchase.

    Preowned, but in great condition. Staff was friendly and patient while he showed me actual phone sizes. I am happy with my selection. I haven't used the camera enough to judge its quality.

    this was a great iphone we got from Best Buy. We always worry if we are getting a good used phone, but Best Buy is a trusted place to shop for used iphones.

    Purchased a Pre-Owned iPhone 12 5G 128GB to replace my daughter's broken iPhone 12. Despite BestBuy's pricing being about $100 more expensive, I decided to purchase from BestyBuy expecting higher quality than other vendors. When charging the unit at home, the message pops up that there's water damage. Instead of the 5G logo, the LTE logo shows on the top.
