Back camera lenses have some scuffing. But otherwise, it is in good shape. I think the price could have been lower. Battery life is at 82%, was hoping for a bit higher as I stopped using my last iPhone at 77% battery life.

I'm not a fan of Apple products or iPhones but I needed one in order to stay in touch with my athletes and coaching staff more efficiently but I still own and love my Android. It's been a decent phone and has served it's purpose well but the battery drains fast when playing videos.

A much needed upgrade to my eleven. I was hesitant at first being a used iPhone, but it works extremely well. You’d never tell it’s second hand. I will definitely buy another used phone from Best Buy.

It was a good phone until it stopped responding to touch. We tried several troubleshooting tips but the screen wouldn’t respond so we were locked out of the phone. It was not eligible for apple care because it’s refurbished from Best Buy and my phone service carrier said it was not eligible for insurance thru them either. So I have to get a new phone now, after buying this overpriced one. For the price, it should have lasted much longer.

I feel like sometimes when you buy things used or refurbished it can be hit or miss. I bought this phone and about 10 months into having it the sound stopped working for calls so in order to talk on the phone I would have to have the phone on speaker. Other than that the phone was great!

The phone was in good condition it did have a little bit of scratches nothing over the top but overall the system has great everything connected well . Also the battery was good as well . I bought this phone because I’m sending it to Mexico .

Purchased pre-owned in excellent condition back in Aug 2024, its now Mar 2025 and it’s tip top, no issues.

This phone comes as advertised! I got this for my daughter (I am an android guy) and she really loves it. What I love is it looks brand new and works like new; the price was about half of a new iphone 13 128G.
