Great condition, and no noticeable wear-and-tear for a refurbished item.

Initially, I had my fair share of reservations based on past customer reviews. However, I had no issues with the shipping nor the product. Delivery was right on time for store pick-up and the phone came in immaculate condition (battery health is 99%!). Every aspect of the process was true to claim, and overall the purchase was very much worth it.

I feel like sometimes when you buy things used or refurbished it can be hit or miss. I bought this phone and about 10 months into having it the sound stopped working for calls so in order to talk on the phone I would have to have the phone on speaker. Other than that the phone was great!

I am trying happy with my purchase of the Iphone 12. It was delivered on time, and haven’t given me any problems or issues. I am very satisfied with my purchase; and would encourage or recommend this phone to any and everyone for purchase at Bestbuy. If I had to purchase it again; I would through BestBuy

Purchased pre-owned in excellent condition back in Aug 2024, its now Mar 2025 and it’s tip top, no issues.

Back camera lenses have some scuffing. But otherwise, it is in good shape. I think the price could have been lower. Battery life is at 82%, was hoping for a bit higher as I stopped using my last iPhone at 77% battery life.

The phone is in great condition and working order, exactly as it was listed.

This phone comes as advertised! I got this for my daughter (I am an android guy) and she really loves it. What I love is it looks brand new and works like new; the price was about half of a new iphone 13 128G.
