    Look somewhere else!! I purchased this phone because it was unlocked, however, despite the phone arriving earlier than expected , it has a ton of scratches, camera has a scratch, and the battery health is already at 90%! Definitely returning for a full refund. I’ll never purchase a refurbish phone from Best Buy again, plus the customer service is horrble !!

    Great experience and customer service. One of the employees helped my grandma setup her new IPHONE, as she is not super tech savvy. The employee was super helpful because he spoke English and Spanish, so it was super easy and quick to get your tech questions answered. My grandma will for sure come back to BestBuy for any future tech purchases.
