Battery has very low life, the speakers are dirty.

It's okay, not functioning properly. Gonna bring back to store.

Paid $400 for a used phone that was not unlocked like said.

Calls are muffled when they come in. I can only hear callers clearly is when I put them on speaker. Terrible.

I bought a phone for my husband and one for me. Neither one was “unlocked” and we had to get them activated with AT&T. The first week my phone worked great. Then I started having issues, the phone doesn’t charge half the time. I tried different chargers, then switching off the optimize battery, I’ve cleaned the charging port with a rag, a toothpick and canned air with no luck in fixing the problem. I took it to a repair shop, they also tried cleaning the port. Now I have to pay $140.00 for them to change out the port. Today is day 22 of having the phone. Best Buy should have a better warranty than 14 days. My husbands phone that I bought at the same time hasn’t had any issues.

Battery life was not left when I received this. Not worth it.

Battery came on only 85%, phone would glitch and freeze.

This iPhone hardware has completely failed right after the warranty period ended. Save your money and don’t get ripped off buying something “refurbished”

So to say but I didn’t get my phones it says that it was delivered but I never got them

Was supposed to be very nice condition almost new refurbished phone from geek squad scratching all over phone package looked like it came from garbage can was just trying to save a few bucks no thanks returned immediately

Returned this item. It had scratches and dings and wouldn’t charge after leaving it on the charger all night. It also didn’t come with an original apple charger. I received a generic off brand one.

I bought it on December 2 and it stopped working three months later, the worst thing was BestBuy did not take responsibility because they told me it was PreOwned, totally scammed.

It was damaged 20 days after purchasing it and I have not been able to resolve the warranty. Very bad service.
