Happy with my new phone. Everything is good and I am pleased.

I bought the phone from my father who try to return it and I wanted to order a new one. They said there are no more although I see them on their site. They keep trying to sell a newer one that cost twice as much money. I just want to return that one and get another one just like it .

The pre-owned phone was returned back, as it wont update to the newest iOS rev, and had to pay a re-stocking fee. Wasted $45 and also time in the whole process.

It was harshly used and really slow. Bestbuy should always check for performance before you ship

This phone was outdated and didn't work correctly, I had to buy a new one! Don't waste your money

Did not work right with my phone Service keep losing single. The iPhone 6 battery health was at 79 and the battery keeps going down fast.

To be very clear the 1 star reflects the quality and service of this Apple product, but Best Buy should receive a 5 start rating for customer service. Purchased this refurbished Apple 6 plus phone for my son online at Best Buy. Phone was working fine for the first couple of days, but a few issues started to happen. First he got locked out of his iCloud account and could not back in despite attempts of answering security questions and resetting password through email or text. For whatever reason his answers to his security questions were being rejected despite personally knowing answers that worked previously. Emailing and calling Apple Support was a nightmare. They kept stating that the answers did not match and basically he would look access to his email account and also lose all his movies, music, app purchases throughout the years he purchased. We were upset with this news, but at least we thought we could move on and reset this phone we just purchased...but Apple then informed us that unless we could provide proof of purchase, when we reset the phone to activate with a different email account...Apple would make the phone unusable! I thought this was severe, but understood with the stolen phone issues probably on the rise nowadays. I submitted original receipts provided by Best Buy and then different versions of the receipt 3 separate times because Apple Support kept rejecting them stating that the information on the receipts "did not match" their records. I don't know what was the difference (because they refused to inform me), but the receipt was literally the original Best Buy receipt as that provide all the information. In the meantime the screen started to freeze and shut down by itself. Apple Support naturally provided the same poor service as the iCloud reset issue. After the third time I submitted the receipt Apple Support said that they could no longer help me. No other department or escalated supervisor. Basically said "no more", but recommended for me to go to Best Buy or an Apple Retail Store. Never experienced such poor customer service and support. I decided to go to the Best Buy store by me and even though it was over the 14 day return policy for phones they returned the phone with no hassle at all and applied the credit to a new phone purchase. After experiencing Apple's poor customer support I will never purchase an Apple product with them again. I will do all my electronic shopping with Best Buy because of their superior customer service.

I ordered on Saturday and it came Tuesday. It had a scratch on the top but it was very minor, everything else was in place. It took awhile to charge up but I thought it was because it was new. Once I backed it up, I left it to charge all the way to a hundred percent then took it off the charge. I then went to facetime where I noticed the battery percentage was dying rapidly. I closed all the background apps got off the call and used it to message and it lost 10% in 10 mins. Currently I am charging it to 100% again then leave it for the night to see what happens. If this happens tomorrow I will be calling to return it.

Its amazing I love it. I was a little scared to get a pre owned phone thinking it would have scratches or what not but no this looks brand new! No marks or anything. I was able to activate it myself. Im very pleased thank you!

with Bestbuy, I thought I can trust the company and buy used phone as they would have done thourogh testing before selling the iphone. But to my astonishment, the phone I received had severe touch screen issues. the white lines would cover the screen and touch would stop working. As it was more than 15 days, I could not return it, so I got an exchange and the second phone had the exact same issue but more severe. It is more than 3 months and I still do not have a phone in my hand. The only good thing is they agreed to change it the second time with another phone. I hope they will ship a working phone third time at least. I guess BestBuy is no more the company that I used to like to purchase my electronics.

PHONE Itself has no scratches or sign of damage But no ear pods,charger is universal, Black charger cable. The box is not original apple. Just random accessories and ear pod was missing. MISLEADED! GOING TO RETURN IT!!!

"Pre-Owned Phone is guaranteed to be fully functional" this phone does not send or receive text and the camera will not focus right out of the box. So what type of inspection was done on this phone? Like it's good it fits in the box, Ship IT! this was a mothers day gift so the new 15 day return date has past and they won't return it. Guess I can't buy another one since I'm out like $300 buck.
